Steven Robbins, President & Founder
With over 25 years experience in negotiating, marketing,
and administering financing and leasing transactions,
Steve is responsible for the overall strategy of Tiger Leasing.
He enjoys developing financing solutions that support the needs
of growing companies, and providing customized service for individual
clients on a daily basis.
As so often happens, when one's life's path seems to appear as if by accident,
Steve began in the leasing business in the summer of 1979. As a summer
project before graduate school, Steve was hired by a law firm to start
a regional leasing trade association. Steve's "summer project" turned
out to be the creation of the Eastern Association of Equipment Lessors
and Steve became its first Executive Director. Today, this association
has members all across America and plays a vital role in servicing the
needs of independent leasing companies throughout the country.
Fully committed to the benefits of leasing as an innovative and
flexible financing solution, Steve next became an officer of
First Interstate Bank of California before beginning a
successful 18-year run as Vice President-Sales for Wasco
Funding Corp. During his tenure at Wasco, now owned by Citigroup,
Steve closed over 8,000 individual transactions totaling in
excess of $250 million. Through these experiences,
Steve has seen and developed almost every conceivable
type of leasing transaction and specializes in customizing
each transaction to support every customer's unique path of growth.
Steve has a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from George
Washington University. Steve enjoys competing in Triathlons and open water long distance swimming. Steve, his wife, and daughter, live in Manhattan's

Michael Vine, Director of Finance
Mike Vine has over 20 years experience in financial management. As a Certified Public Accountant, he is a welcome addition to Tiger, managing all administrative and cash management functions within the Company.
Mike was the Controller, Treasurer, and Director of Taxation for Convest
Energy Corporation, a publicly traded oil and gas production company.
He then became Vice President-Finance and Treasurer for privately owned
Cardinal Resources, and was responsible for all financial reporting and
budgeting, as well as supervising an annual audit conducted by a Big Five
accounting firm.
Mike holds a BBA from the University of Michigan and earned his MBA
from Houston Baptist University. Mike is very active in his Manhattan
neighborhood as past President of Congregation Beth Simchat Torah. You

Jonathan Zuckerberg, Marketing Manager
Jon joined Tiger after honing his marketing skills at Mass Mutual Life Insurance Company. He was responsible for the implementation of our front end leasing system which enables us to track a transaction from application to funding. With an intimate knowledge of how to improve our systems and better serve our customers, it was a natural progression for Jon to develop new business for the Company. Jon markets our services to equipment vendors as well as prospective customers who traffic our website. He has closed a number of high profile transactions for Tiger, some of which are in New Orleans, where Jon has financed equipment for businesses rebuilding after Hurricane Katrina.

Paul "PJ" McElroy, Marketing Manager
Paul J. McElroy ("PJ") joins Tiger from GE Capital where he was a top regional sales representative for four years. At GE, PJ was responsible for developing new vendor programs as well as servicing national accounts which exceeded $5MM in annual revenue. PJ began his sales career at Goodway Technologies marketing industrial equipment and then at Marconi Data where he was responsible for selling high speed printing equipment in the Mid-Atlantic region.
PJ consistently brought in business well above sales goals at GE. As a Marketing Manager at Tiger, PJ will develop relationships with equipment dealers in the Northeast and use his wealth of experience to create customized programs that enable equipment salespeople to energize their sales efforts and increase their business.
PJ graduated from Gettysburg College, where he majored in Business Management and earned letters in both varsity football and baseball.
