Choose the leasing program that meets your needs.

• Lease Purchases permit you to buy at the end of the contract for a nominal fee of $100. For most companies, this is the best option.

• Venture Leases are those where we provide 100% of your financing. This is a great option for start up companies. To qualify, you need venture capital backing and enough cash on hand to justify the projections in your business plan.

• Operating Leases provide you the option to purchase for Fair Market Value. This leasing structure gives you the option to purchase at the end of the lease for its then fair market value, continue leasing or return. The payments on this plan are lower, but the cost at the end is higher.

• Deferred Leases are used for a project that won't generate revenue for a short period of time. The lease is structured so the initial months have nominal or no payments.

• Seasonal Leases are designed for those businesses with seasonal cash flows. We can design a lease where the payments might be lower during the summer months and higher during the rest of the year.

• Step-up / Step-down Lease Payments are structured so that payments can be set up to match a company's cash flow needs. Payments can start low and then increase during the later years of the lease, or payments can start high and then decrease, minimizing finance charges.

• Municipal Leases are available to all city and state agencies such as public school districts, municipal hospitals, police and fire departments. Due to the tax-exempt status of the Lessee, rates are much lower than standard commercial rates.
