This exciting growth opportunity is ideal for the individual who enjoys anentrepreneurial attitude and wants no limits on the amount of income that can beearned. If you are a creative individual, self-starter, and desire theopportunity to advance to a sales management position, then this could be theopportunity you've been looking for. Our compensation plan is extremely generouswith no cap on income - it is simply based on the profitable business you bring in.

We are a fast-growing, independent equipment leasing company with anexceptional reputation and secure and varied funding sources. We typicallywrite transactions from $5,000 to $500,000. We are vendor-oriented, withmost of our business coming from the office equipment and computermarketplace, but we welcome those individuals who have a following inother industries such as printing, machinery, communications, etc.

We are located in the Tribeca area of Manhattan in a wonderful andcomfortable workspace. Our employees are creative, independentthinkers and contribute ideas to advance the Company's goals. Becausewe are building a business over the long term, we have that samelong-term view when it comes to supporting our salespeople. We knowthe business intimately; it is a business of relationships that needto be nurtured over time. We are committed to supporting oursalespeople in building their relationships with vendors andlessees. If you can show us a track record of success and a skill set thatproduces results, then you would be an ideal candidate. This positionrequires calling on vendors and end-users and structuring yourown transactions.You should already have long-term successful relationships with vendors.However you will also be supplied with other vendor leads. For themajority of the week, you will be out in the field,coming in to the office a couple of days/week: Therefore, you shouldlive within a 1 1/2 hour driving distance from NYC.

If you think you are the right person for this exciting opportunity,you must have boundless energy, the burning desire to assist smalland medium-sized businesses in need of equipment financing, and theability to get results and close business. The experience andknowledge to know which transactions make sense and which don'tis essential, so your efforts are as efficient as possible andfocused on the appropriate opportunities. You must also havethe expertise to creatively structure transactions when necessaryin order to accommodate both the end user and our funding sources.Proficiency on an HP calculator to structure and price transactionsis necessary.

You should have at least two years of experience calling on vendors andlessees, closing business. We want to see a successful, proventrack record. A college degree is preferred but not required.The income opportunity for this position is well into six figures.
