Marketing Representative:

with no cap on income - it is simply based on the profitable business you bring in.
We are a fast-growing, independent equipment leasing company with an
exceptional reputation and secure and varied funding sources. We typically
write transactions from $5,000 to $500,000. We are vendor-oriented, with
most of our business coming from the office equipment and computer
marketplace, but we welcome those individuals who have a following in
other industries such as printing, machinery, communications, etc.
We are located in the Tribeca area of Manhattan in a wonderful and
comfortable workspace. Our employees are creative, independent
thinkers and contribute ideas to advance the Company's goals. Because
we are building a business over the long term, we have that same
long-term view when it comes to supporting our salespeople. We know
the business intimately; it is a business of relationships that need

salespeople in building their relationships with vendors and

If you can show us a track record of success and a skill set that
produces results, then you would be an ideal candidate. This position
requires calling on vendors and end-users and structuring your
own transactions.
You should already have long-term successful relationships with vendors.
However you will also be supplied with other vendor leads. For the
majority of the week, you will be out in the field,
coming in to the office a couple of days/week: Therefore, you should
live within a 1 1/2 hour driving distance from NYC.
If you think you are the right person for this exciting opportunity,
you must have boundless energy, the burning desire to assist small
and medium-sized businesses in need of equipment financing, and the
ability to get results and close business. The experience and
knowledge to know which transactions make sense and which don't
is essential, so your efforts are as efficient as possible and
focused on the appropriate opportunities. You must also have
the expertise to creatively structure transactions when necessary
in order to accommodate both the end user and our funding sources.
Proficiency on an HP calculator to structure and price transactions
is necessary.
You should have at least two years of experience calling on vendors and
lessees, closing business. We want to see a successful, proven
track record. A college degree is preferred but not required.
The income opportunity for this position is well into six figures.
